Vans presents the OTW collection, sophisticated footwear that blends progressive street fashion and athletic styling with design cues from their rich heritage in action sports.
The OTW collection clearly comes from a skate perspective with a focus on comfort and aesthetics, allowing for designs that are practical, effortless and incredibly stylish. Throughout the collection Vans have used high-end materials including rich leathers and suede on simple silhouettes with an extra attention to detail. Get a full run down of the shoes below...
The Tustin, shown above, features a classic athletic look, updated with quality leathers and a luxury cupsole typically not seen on a skate show. With a detailed quarter and collat materials, a woven tri-tone heel tab, metal eyelets and a full length EVA midsole, the Tustin has all you need as we move into Fall and is available in four different colours including the Black model pictured.
The Westin, above, takes inspiration from the all time Vans classic, the Chukka Boot. The Westin blends skate and street style with a modern take on the high top. Constructed with premium materials the Westin features a slim profile, detailed paneling and a clean looking cupsole, as well as a full-length EVA midsole for comfort and a subtle heritage inspired heel tab logo and tread pattern. As well as the Blue version shown above the Westin will be available in 3 other colours including a rich Brown model with work boot inspired leather laces.
The Larkin, above, is a modern look at the clean-styling cap toe style that Vans have been using for years, the Larkin was built on the idea of simplicity. Revamping and progressing this design with premium materials, detail stitching and less padding for a slimmer silhouette, the Larkin also features a full-length EVA midsole for all day comfort.
The Frazier, above, is a sharp new low top, athletic look with call-outs to classic skate design. With a modern-looking vulcanized outsole, embossed and perforated quarter and collar areas and a sidewall with an embossed and coloured first layer and a full wrap diamond-knurled second layer. A clean toe cap lightens the look and slims the toe. With Vans' classic sidestripe and a solid colour palette the Frazier is bound to serve up a timeless style.
The Bedford, above, blends Vans' mid-top heritage with a strong call-out to the Half Cab re-worked for a more contemporary look featuring a slim profile and progressive new look. A vulcanized outsole, quarter and collar detail materials make the Bedford a must have for Autumn, especially in the deep forest green shown above.
The Bigelow, above, again calls out to Vans' classic skate mid-top heritage combining classic suede with high quality patent leather as shown in the Red and Black version above. The mesh sidestripe and the toe box strap bring a much more modern feel to the shoe, this shoe is the complete package for skaters and fashion followers alike.
