Vans have tied up with A.P.C to produce a small but powerful collection of footwear perfect for the upcoming summer season.
Tunisian born Jean Touitou created the first Atelier de Production et de Creation men's collection in 1987 and has rarely looked back. Today, A.P.C is synonymous with refined, minimal design that builds on heritage, sold in elegant retail locations across the globe. Although Touitou is a man of many words, he known for showing restraint when talking about himself and his company's progress since 1987.
When A.P.C chose to retail Vans footwear in their stores it was an embodiment of a long standing mutual respect between the two brands. That relationship developed into the creation of an exclusive product line celebrating Vans heritage and A.P.C's purity, represented by colour and style. Simple colours, simple lines and classic shoe, perhaps best summed up by Jean Touitou himself: "In a world of over-designed shoes those styles provide quietness and dignity."
The footwear is now available at selected A.P.C stores.
