During the protests in London today we focus on a particularly important issue.

Although the hardcore protesters probably wear vegan sandals from that vegetable shoe shop in Covent Garden the choice of footwear for protesters today was definitely the Converse All-Star.  We might be clouding the issues of today with our focus on footwear but you know, that's whats important to us.

We can only assume this footwear choice was due to the weather, maybe had it have been colder the protesters would have been wearing Dr. Martens.  Who knows?

As well as some good footwear there were plenty of profound messages sprawled across the streets.  Our favourites include "smoke it in a policemans face!" (shown below) and "who watching you" written on a speed camera.  Nice one!

Post protest we wandered over to Gail's Bakery in Exmouth Market for some bread tasting.  Go there, it's good.
