New Balance Lakes Pack - Made in the UK

New Balance return this season with a new made in the UK pack inspired by another British institution.

Based around the iconic 80's running silhouette, the 576, this new pack see's three different colour ways inspired by the surroundings of New Balance's base for European manufacturing, The Lake District.

New Balance have designed a premium collection of 576's, each one inspired by a familiar element of the Lake District's own rugged terrain.  Each of the shoes also comes with a detailed map of the location on the tongue label.

The Derwent Water, shown above, reflects the picturesque lakeside location from which it takes it's name, this model features premium leather and waxed sail cloth mixed with life vest details.

The Scafell Pike, bottom, is straight from the mountain top.  Using a combination of rich earthy leather, durable old school backpacking textile and hiking laces, paying tribute to the fearless explorers of Scafell Pike and the rugged countryside in which they preside.

The St. Bees, below, is inspired by the areas rugged coastline, a place of natural beauty and also the start of the coast to coast walk.  The leather on this 576 replicates water on beach stones, combined with canvas and rope details.

The New Balance 576 Lake District Pack lands at select New Balance retailers world wide on Friday 11th February.
