Pick Me Up - Contemporary Graphic Art Fair

Pick Me Up is the first contemporary graphic art fair in the UK, set to open at Somerset House in London from 23rd April to 3 May.
Pick Me Up: Contemporary Graphic Art Fair by Anthony Burrill
Pick Me Up is the first of hopefully many contemporary graphic art fairs, featuring top art and design collectives, galleries and publishers under one roof, offering a selection of the most innovative and avant-garde graphic art and work by designers and illustrators. Concrete Hermit, Evening Tweed, Le Gun, Nous Vous and Peep Show collectives have created unique exhibition spaces.

Artwork by some of the best known names in the industry will be for sale as well as work by the most exciting emerging artists. With graphic prints, limited edition books, t-shirts, crockery and fanzines on sale, there's something for everyone.

This Bell Will Ring - Papercut by Rob Ryan 2009
Conceived as a celebration of graphic art and design and taking place in the Embankment Galleries at Somerset House, Pick Me Up is designed by Michael Marriot and its graphic identity is by NextNoize.com's favourite, Anthony Burrill.

The fair is presented alongside a unique programme of events and live performances including an open studio with the celebrated paper designer Rob Ryan, who has moved his paper cutting studio and printing presses from East London to Somerset House, so visitors can follow the entire process of the creation from Rob Ryan's prints- a real once in a lifetime opportunity!
